This is an incredible property that has to be seen in person to be truly appreciated. The best feature is the live creek on the property (Clear Creek), one of the few spring fed creeks in the area. There are a couple of places on the property where you can see the springs that feed the creek come out of the ground (check out the photos for a picture). There are four different areas along the creek with small waterfalls, walking trails through the woods along the creek, multiple places to access, and most importantly, this property is on both sides of the creek. A really unique opportunity to own both sides of a live creek in a spectacular area, just a short distance from Houston and a quick drive to Round Top.

Heading West on I-10 towards Weimar, take exit 682. Go through the intersection and turn left onto CR 240. As soon as you go under I-10, make your first right onto CR 250. Follow CR 250 for about 2.5 miles until you come to the property on your right. Look for sign out front.
