This secluded gem of a ranch is located in northwest Real County, Texas, a little over an hours drive from Kerrville. With its own private, spring fed lake on the East Prong of the Upper Nueces River, a modern residence for the Main House, and the historic old ranch home - nicely remodeled - for a Guest House, the Broken Oak Ranch offers comfortable accommodations and extraordinary, year-round recreational activities: hunting, fishing, kayaking, ATV riding, hiking, horseback riding, or just taking it easy on the porch. This is one of those rare, legacy ranches a family will enjoy for generations.
