Central water system, already paid. Get away from the noise of the city after work or on a weekend. How about a place to put a mfg. home? Rental? Extra income? That sounds good.
Plenty of trees and nice and level. Wont' last long. Going South you go to Rebecca Creek Cross over then double back to the North. Headed north you are okay. Enter on main road, Putter Creek, it turns into High Drive, then turn onto North Rip Ford, the lot is on the left.
Entrance is on the east side of Hwy 281, now divided so if you are going South, turn left at the Rebecca Creek Cross over, then double back to the North to Comal (Indian Hills). Coming from the South you don't have to do anything different. Turn right into Comal Hills (Indian Hills) on Putter Creek, it turns in to High Drive, the turn onto North Rip Ford, the lot is on the left.
