Land: The Thousand Oaks Ranch gets its name from the abundance of Live Oak trees that thrive on the 52 acres. Rolling terrain with two wet weather creek draws provide lush bottom land with more topography than most ranches in the area. Native grasses cover the Thousand Oaks, which was previously used as grazing land for sheep and cattle for over 80 years.
