A new survey has recently been completed. There are live oak and cedar on the property, and hills with steeper terrain. Water is provided by a solar well. There are two wind turbines on the property, 50% the owned wind interest on those two turbines will convey with the sale.
From San Angelo take US Hwy 67 toward Mertzon for 9.5 miles, then turn left on FM road 2335, then proceed for 6 miles and turn right continuing on FM 2335, then continue for 3/4 of a mile and turn right on Guinn Rd, Continue on Guinn Rd for 9.4 miles to a lock gate for the easement to the ranch. The easement is 4 miles of caliche surface rd to the ranch.
